実はJohnさんは中国大陸にオフィスがあり、通信事情からかレスポンスが遅くなりがち。そこで台湾オフィスの人事のMayさんがアサインされ私の採用に関して担当してくれる事になった。その後も、彼女には会社に入社してからも色々とお世話になっている。

10月26日：ようこそ、新竹のL-ITへ
10月27日：BR285（台北-香港乗り換え-ペナン）、9時15分発-3時50分着2. 一つお伝えしなければならないことがあるのですが、チケットは航空会社のマレーシアのオフィスに行って自分で取ってきて貰わなくてはなりません。旅行会社から予約確定の連絡が入ったらお知らせします。（ご不便をお掛けし申し訳ありませんが、航空会社からチケットを送ることは出来ないそうです。これは航空会社のルーツだそうです）。後で航空会社のコンタクト先の電話番号をお知らせします。
フライトスケジュールが確認できたらホテルをアレンジし、詳細のスケジュールを連絡します。もし質問がありましたら気軽に聞いて下さい。

Regarding the collection the ticket by myself, it is no problem at all for me. I will do so.
By the way, it seems some characters of your e-mail were changed unreadable as below. (see the flight schedule, after BR286 PEN, I could see as only dot...). Did you use any Chinese character? I am sorry to bother you but please re-send the flight schedule again only using English character.

ところで、あなたからのメールのいくつかの文字が以下のように文字化けして読めません（フライトスケジュールのところでBR286 PENのあと、ただの点に見えます）。中国語の文字を使ってますか？ お手数ですが、英語の文字だけを使ってフライトスケジュールを送りなおして頂けませんか。
